Meet and greet
All candidates receive a Meet and Greet on arrival from our Team and a warm welcome to the UK.

Accommodation sourcing
We can source short-term or long-term accommodation for your new arrivals to ensure they settle in as soon as possible.

SIM card
All candidates receive a SIM card on arrival so they can set up a digital bank account without delay, with full assistance.

Virtual socials
Throughout Covid we have been running Virtual Socials for our Cohorts to help them settle in and get to know each other (including prizes for the winning teams). Out of lockdown we also run a number of in person socials which we are hoping to recommence soon; this includes pizza nights and the MHR “Winter Olympic Games”.

Safeguarding training
We provide training access to our candidates on how to avoid scams that target vulnerable UK residents (including international staff). This has been developed in conjunction with a qualified Trading Standards representative and covers the latest scams in the industry.

Pastoral support
Our pastoral support is personalised to the individual and not “one size fits all”. For example, we support candidates to source appropriate car insurance; find accommodation for their family and locate good local schools for them.

Encompassing interview coaching; NMC application guidance and CBT preparation; comprehensive visa application support; pre visa briefings; pre departure briefings and full compliance document assistance.

Complimentary Netflix gift voucher
All candidates receive a complimentary Netflix gift voucher from MHR as a welcome gift (and a means of whiling away the lonely hours of quarantine!)

Welcome food shop
On request we provide a welcome food shop to all candidates on arrival so they have immediate sustenance before starting their exploring!

In person orientations
We provide in person orientations with our candidates, offering support with collecting BRP cards, registering with their local GP and exploring the local area. We believe a friendly face at the start of their journey is really important to their continued success.

7 days/ week helpline available 8am 8pm
Because we know problems don’t always arise at “convenient” times, we offer a 7 days/ week helpline available 8am 8pm so candidates can always contact us with urgent enquires and know they will get a prompt response.
