MHR’s FlexiHire Global service is a monthly subscription fee to provide you with Agency services at a lower cost than doing it yourself.

In 2024, NHS Trust A sourced 70 candidates via a Recruitment Agency in 5 cohorts of 14 nurses each. Per candidate they paid £2200+VAT. That equates to £154,000 in Recruitment Service Fees.
If they had purchased an annual subscription of MHR FlexiHire Global, they would have paid £55,500 (a saving of £98,500 or £1407 per candidate).
In 2024, NHS Trust B sourced 32 candidates themselves in 4 cohorts of 8 nurses each. They did not use an Agency but did employ an internal experienced Band 4 team member full-time to support with all of the logistics at an annual salary cost of £29,114. If the Trust had purchased an annual subscription of MHR FlexiHire Global, they would have paid £11,400 (a saving of £17,714 or £553 per candidate)

What exactly “is” the FlexiHire Global Subscription?
The FlexiHire Global subscription is a pay monthly recruitment service that enables healthcare employers to benefit from plug-in quality international recruitment support, quickly and cost effectively.
The traditional recruitment method is to charge per candidate – we’re innovating that. Instead we are offering you a fixed fee per month for all your international candidate processing.
You can subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Only use us when you need us – we are flexible.

How long am I tied into the contract for?
You can choose to either subscribe to an annual contract OR monthly rolling contract.
The annual subscription is better value but you are tied in for the year.
The monthly rolling subscription is more expensive, but can be more effective for employers who know they only want to do 1 or 2 large cohorts. The monthly rolling contract can be terminated with 30 days’ notice.

Can I pick and mix my services e.g. only get support with compliance?
Our standard support package is fixed because doing things at scale are what enables us to offer you the economies of scale.
You can request that we do not provide certain elements of the service (i.e. issuing a sim card) but the price wouldn’t be reduced.
We do offer package upgrades if there are additional services you would like us to offer such as accommodation sourcing, in person orientations or osce test bookings.

Do credits roll over from month to month?
No credits do not roll over.

What is the cost?
We have two packages – the Direct Hire package where we process candidates that you have sourced yourself and the End-End package where we source the candidates and provide a comprehensive recruitment service.
The cost is dependent on which package you choose and also the volumes you are working with.

How do payments work?
Payments are made at the beginning of the subscription period and then monthly by direct debit.
Alternative arrangements can be investigated on request.

How do you guarantee quality is maintained?
We are committed to exceeding your expectations. That may be why we have been working with most of our clients for many years or why we are 5-star rated on Trust Pilot and Google.
A successful outcome for you is a successful outcome for us.
We have a Quality Framework that we use for each and every deployment to ensure you receive a 5-star service for every candidate.

What if we're not happy with the service or our candidates don't work out?
We guarantee you will be happy with the service you receive or you can terminate your annual subscription with 30 days’ notice (even part-way through the contract).
We also offer a replacement guarantee so if any of your candidates leave within 12 months of starting with you we will replace them free of service charge (excluding disbursement actuals).

What if I terminate my subscription part-way through a deployment?
MHR have a “good faith” clause in our contract which we take seriously.
Therefore we promise to process your candidates “as far as possible” during the period of your subscription.
So for example if you arranged for your subscription to end after the candidates had attended their visa appointments, but before we had arranged their flights, we would pass over all the information required to enable you to support them with that directly if that was your choice.

Why do I need to pay extra for a candidate from the Philippines?
Recruitment from the Philippines is highly regulated and accordingly it is mandatory that we work with accredited partners who charge us additional fees to process the certificate a candidate needs in order to leave the country.

Are other types of candidate included in the subscription i.e Radiographers, Physiologists?
Nurses and Senior Carers are included in the subscription only. We may look to include additional roles in the future but the subscription discount we offer is based on the economies of scale we achieve by processing candidates of a similar type.

Will there be a refund if one of our candidates does not work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee so if any of your candidates leave within 12 months of starting with you we will replace them free of service charge (excluding disbursement actuals).

How do reimbursements work with candidates?
Candidate reimbursements are included in our service.
Please note that (unless instructed differently), MHR do not advance pay fees for any candidate other than Filipinos (where our monies are better protected).
All candidate reimbursements are provided by the MHR finance team within 14 days of receiving the candidates receipts AND UK bank details.
